For more than 50 years, polyurethane or PUR glue has been favored by manufacturers. They are suitable for metals such as aluminum and steel, plastics including PVC and polypropylene, and a variety of foam substrates. Any person who uses PURs in the production process knows the degree of improvement in bond quality and other adhesive options. However, this may be true, not all PUR glue is equal. As manufacturing becomes more and more complex, more and more widely used composite materials, companies are rapidly turning to the use of two parts of the polyurethane adhesive. In the inward state, PUR glue is a reactive material that can usually be found in cartridges, drums or drums and must be kept in the package until it is used. The use of a single PUR glue formulation usually requires moisture as an activator during the crosslinking process. Basically, you need water to activate the adhesive.
