JUR-627 is a moisture-reactive hot melt adhesive based on polyurethane for lamination of textiles as fabric, EVA and TPU film.
This product has been formulated to give very high initial strength, excellent final strength, wash-cleaning resistance and good flexibility after final curing.

Suitable to laminate PE film, PVC film, TPU film, EVA film, PU film with All kinds of fabric.
Suitable to use for PPE Cloth manufacturing.
The adhesive have a shelf life of 12months at a room temperature when stored in the original unopened containers. Once opened, containers shall be closed tightly again and the material should be consumed within a short period.
Applied by Gravure roller system or Multple roller coating system.
Suggested coating weight 6-12gsm depending on structure.
